By placing an order with Zahra Nisa, you agree to the terms below.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price you're charged is the one confirmed at the time your order is placed.

Order confirmation

An order is not final until we've called to confirm the details with you by phone. You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp or replying to our call.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method.

Shipping and returns

Limitation of liability

We aim for every order to arrive as described, but we aren't liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
