We currently ship across Pakistan, with payment by Cash on Delivery.

After you place an order, we'll call to confirm the details before it's dispatched — no advance payment needed. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation, and delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days depending on your city.

During peak periods such as Ramadan and Eid, or when weather or courier disruption affects a route, delivery can take 5–8 working days. If your order is going to be delayed beyond that, we'll call you rather than leave you waiting.

Returns & Exchanges

Because hijabs and scarves are worn close to the skin, we're only able to offer exchanges, not refunds, and only for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement. To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
