When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address, plus an email address if you choose to give one. We never ask for or store payment card details, since Cash on Delivery is our only payment method.

Your cart is remembered using a single session cookie — not for tracking or advertising, just so the items you've added are still there when you come back to the page.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare, confirm by phone, and deliver your order, and to send a confirmation email if you provided one. We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It's shared only with what's genuinely needed to fulfil your order — for example, a courier, once we work with one, or our email provider, to send you transactional emails. Nobody else receives your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete other information we hold about you at any time.
